Pls open chat window & Also Provide Hotel Official Confirmation

Open chat window so that customer can easily access everything around website sending emails for support is bit odd.
U only provide your confirmation people can't check reservation from hotel official website like if i booked hotel of Hyatt then i need hyatt confirmation number also to check my reservation on their website so try to send both confirmation.
